Diet Update: Week 2
This post is gonna be short and sweet. I don’t really know my exact weight loss because my scale crapped out on me. It said I lost another 11 pounds…sounded great but I knew it was too good to be true! I’m thinking I lost around 3 pounds though. I got a new scale this afternoon so I will have a more accurate update next week. I did so-so this week. Stayed under 1200 calories all but one day and was very close on that day. But my food choices weren’t the best and I didn’t exercise at all. I’m still very motivated to stick with a weight loss plan, but I had a lot going on this week and am still struggling to get a work out routine going good. So that’s about it!
I do have an AMAZING recipe to recommend though…this is the best and easiest homemade pizza/pasta sauce ever and so easy! It tastes so fresh and yummy with no added sugars and preservatives. Definitely a winner!
