Food, Fitness, & Fun in All 50 States

While our friend Brooke was in San Diego visiting us, we spent an entire day one day in Sea World! So much fun!!! It was probably the one place I was most excited to visit and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We started the morning off with a ride in the Skytower to get a feel of the park layout. After that, we headed to the morning Sea Lions LIVE show. It mocked SNL and was very cute and entertaining! A great way to start our day off!

Next up was the Blue Horizons show. It was amazing! There were several dolphins, whales, birds, and the people performers were doing acrobatics and diving and all sorts of cool shits! I love dolphins! They are so pretty and graceful to watch.

After the show we headed to lunch where a bird dive-bombed Brooke’s plate and stole a rib! Luckily it was toward the end of lunch!!! For the next few hours we meandered through the many different  aquariums and exhibits, including the super cool Shark Encounter.

But then, it was time for the main event of the day…Believe…the Shamu show! I mean, who doesn’t love Shamu? It was such a great show and was so cool to see such massive creatures do such cool stunts! Mind baffling.

Once we were done with the shows for the day we decided to brave the rides in the cold weather. So much fun! But we definitely got wet!

For our final voyage at Sea World we headed to see the penguins, polar bears, and beluga whales.

The belugas were incredible! such an immense and stunning creature! And there was even a baby too. So awesome! Check out this adorable beluga that kept flirting with us…

Ahhh, Sea World was a wonderful day! So much fun!!!
